Course Description

This course provides in-depth views of selected topics in a GPS surveying. Case studies of related applications will be thoroughly discussed, based on students' research interests. It also gives an overview of other satellite surveying techniques (e.g., EU-Galileo). Students who finish this course should be able to take a full advantage of satellite surveying technique and apply it in various fields.

Course Objective

The objective of this class is to teach students how to construct an in-depth knowledge of modern satellite geodesy techniques. Through the review and discussion on the latest studies on the related topics, students are expected to become an expert on a specific satellite geodesy technique of his/her interest.
